Office Policies

Welcome to our office! We are happy you have chosen Grenada Dental Associates to serve you and your family's dental needs.

Missed appointments are very costly to our practice. We attempt to schedule appointments that are convenient to you. Their will be a broken/missed appointment charge of $50 for any appointment missed or canceled without a 24 hour notice.

If you have an appointment for a major treatment including implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, or implants we ask for a 48 hour notice if you can't make the appointment. Any appointment for a major treatment that is broken/missed without a 48 hour notice is subject to a $100 charge.

We offer financing through local companies to allow you pay over time with low monthly payments. We charge a $40 fee for all returned checks.

We accept all credit/debit cards, checks and cash.

Our office accepts all insurances including medicaid and CHIP. By law your insurance company is required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for any balance on your account after 30 days. If their is still a balance on your account after 60 days we add a $3 fee every month to your balance. If you don't provide us with your insurance you will be considered self pay.

You are responsible to pay any and all collection agency fees and/or attorney's fees required in the event of a collection action.

We don't have a contract with your insurance company only you do. We are not responsible for how much they pay or how they handle any claim. We file claims for our patients as a courtesy. We are not responsible for any errors in filing claims to your insurance. Any procedures not covered by your insurance are due the time of your appointment.

If your insurance pays you directly you're required to pay your account in full at your appointment.
